Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping and Local Pickup

Hacienda ships within Canada, to the USA and Internationally. 

 Orders will arrive in 2-7 business days from the date your order is shipped and a notification will be emailed to you once your order ships. 

If you live in the Toronto area local pickup is available on any in stock items. Pickups can be done during our regular business hours. We will email you once your order is ready for pickup.

We are located in the Junction in Toronto, 2830 Dundas St. West. at Keele. 

*All orders over $250 ship free to Canadian and US addresses (except for excluded regions, see below.)

Shipping for orders below $250 to any Canadian address excluding NWT, Nunavut and Yukon - $25 flat rate. Please contact us for shipping quotes to other regions.

Shipping under $250 to any US address excluding Hawaii and Alaska - $35 flat rate. Please contact us for shipping quotes to other regions.

Furniture Orders

Hacienda furniture is currently available online only for home delivery from our partners. We currently cannot ship furniture orders to non-Canadian addresses. Shipping for furniture purchases below $250 is charged at a $150 flat rate.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for furniture delivery from the time order is placed. Furniture orders are subject to the availability of stock from our furniture partners and may be canceled or postponed when stock is not available. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an item has been delivered. Please contact Hacienda to arrange pickup of any furniture items to be returned.

International Shipping

International orders are calculated at the time of checkout. A $10 handling fee is added onto all international orders. Orders might be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. Hacienda cannot control this and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are non-refundable. 

Returns

Refunds or exchanges can be done in-store or online within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email krystin@shophacienda.com within 3 days if your item has been damaged during shipping. A refund will be issued in the original method of payment once the item has been returned in good condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Non-Refundable Items

All original art is final sale. Special orders are final sale, delivery costs, shipping and fees are non-refundable.
